With the ideal conditions of heavy frosts in winter and hot dry days in summer, our garlic develops a rich, full flavor. For those seeking a milder taste, our Elephant garlic adds a delightful touch to salads and mashed potatoes. However, our favorite way to enjoy it is by roasting whole, unpeeled cloves, allowing them to be effortlessly mashed with a fork on the plate – an absolute treat! When properly stored in cool, dry conditions out of direct sunlight, our Elephant garlic can keep for up to 12 months.
